Application Information
Most Vegas Immersion internships are UNPAID part-time positions lasting at least three months. You will get involved in a specific role – either sales, coaching, videography, or concierge. Interns will also be presented with ample learning opportunities while gaining valuable work experience in the most dynamic and fast-paced organization in the dating industry.
Interns have also advanced to full time employment within RSD’s Vegas Immersion.
The majority of interns will NOT become instructors since less than 5% are even considered and instructors are chosen only by the Executive Producer, Tyler. Internships are not applications to become instructors. This application is only to get an internship within Vegas Immersion as a coach, in sales, concierge, or videography.
Employment opportunities are available for interns who choose to get involved with Real Social Dynamics on a high level after demonstrating high performance work ethic, contagious enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a constant desire to grow and support the mission, philosophy, and values of Real Social Dynamics.
Internships require a minimum of 10 hours per week. In addition to valuable work experience on the job, interns are also invited to Real Social Dynamics special events and executive retreats, where they will have the opportunity to learn from Real Social Dynamics Executives.
Prospects who are successful in their initial qualifying interview will receive a secondary interview as positions are available that specifically match their qualifications. Those intern prospects who do not receive follow-up interviews immediately will have their cover letter and resume placed with Human Resources for consideration of future opportunities.

Sales Representative
(Sales Department)
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintains relationships and takes order of existing customers and secures new customers by calling and performs any duties assigned by the sales manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of contacting the customer by phone.
- Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements.
- Follows up (by phone or email) on quotations submitted to customers.
- Establishes professional customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel
- Submits weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer relationships.
- Performs all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory.
- Provides lost business reports on a weekly basis.
- Provides a sales forecast on a monthly basis.
- Follow-ups with live program alumni to invite to upcoming courses in their area and increase retention/customer engagement

Vegas Immersion Coach
(Location: Vegas for a minimum of three months)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Vegas Immersion is RSD’s live all-year-round program designed to massively improve students’ game by creating the best possible environment to learn and improve. Vegas Immersion coaches are responsible for creating that atmosphere and setting a high bar for clients to strive towards. An ideal candidate is someone who is already successful with women and and is enthusiastic about transferring pickup skills to others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Game with clients in a variety of environments (daygame, clubs, lobbies, etc…) and keep them engaged with the program
- Be present and willing to assist with training for an average of 2 hours, 5 days a week
- Lead debriefs at the end of the night
- Join in and add to a positive vibe at community events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to support themselves in Vegas for at least three months
- Contribute to a positive, outgoing, friendly atmosphere
- Quality game that they can demonstrate and explain to students
- Strong drive to take their own game to the next level

Vegas Immersion Film Crew Member
(Location: Vegas for a minimum of 3 months)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be familiar with videography and post-production video-editing. Candidates must also be able to film discretely during the day and night.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record instructors and students infield
- Record training sessions
- Edit footage, as well as be able to blur out bystanders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiar with how to operate a digital camera
- Skilled with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Attention to detail
- Responsible for handling high-quality camera equipment
- Ability to film discretely infield
- Solid game is always an asset while filming
Vegas Immersion Concierge
(Location: Vegas for a minimum of 3 months)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Immersion offers clients the Vegas experience of a lifetime. The Concierge provides customer support to ensure that experience lives up to lofty expectations. They are the first person a client meets at Immersion, and they are there to assist the client for the duration of his stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with students prior to their arrival
- Hold orientations for new students when they arrive
- Email students to get feedback and check on their progress
- Convey any student issues or concerns to management
- Manage group chats and announcements
- Plan and coordinate community events

Vegas Immersion Sales Representative
(Location: Vegas for a minimum of 1-3 years)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Vegas Immersion is unique within RSD. It’s a lifestyle more than a product. To effectively sell Immersion, you must live and breathe the Immersion lifestyle. The Immersion sales team lives in Vegas, actively participates in the program, and authentically attracts new clientele. Sales positions are key positions within Immersion, and work closely with senior staff to exceed sales goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call prospective leads in both the U.S. and Internationally
- Email leads and follow up within 24 hrs
- Maintain accurate client roster
- Communicate with Immersion team members to ensure the clients arrive smoothly
- Track and report performance metrics to management team on a weekly basis
- Work closely with the Director to ensure sales goals are met and the program is always at capacity
- Continuously update sales knowledge through reading, watching seminars, and masterminding with peers.

Instructor Video Assistant
(Instructor Support Department – With Emphasis on Videography)
JOB SUMMARY:
NOTE: This position has a heavy emphasis on videography and your ability to work with digital cameras, including post-production video editing.
Instructor Assistants are responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical and administrative functions required for effective implementation of live programs and bootcamps in select cities under the instructor’s direct supervision. NOTE: This position is NOT for people who want to become instructors.
The Instructor Assistant must be able to travel with the instructor while covering their own travel expenses. This position requires that you dedicate 3-6 months working and traveling with the instructor before being able to re-apply for a paid position.
The Instructor Assistant provides administrative support to the Instructor, including: planning, research, communications, personnel, record-keeping, bookkeeping. They also act as an RSD representative on Live Programs.
Additional specific objectives for the assistant are provided by the assigned Instructor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to shoot hidden in-field video as well as man multiple cameras during live seminar events. Has understanding of camera equipment and knows how to troubleshoot during technical difficulties.
- Proficient with video editing software.
- Provides administrative support to the Instructor to include: preparing documents, arranging meeting time and place, maintaining current practices, taking minutes at meetings, and providing help to the Instructor.
- Drafts programs and paperwork and other reports for Instructors as required.
- Assists Live Program students.
- Acts as Human Resources/Payroll liaison for Instructors.
- Arranges, participates in, and implements, as directed, Live Programs and Bootcamps.
- Processes and checks all paperwork pertaining to Live Programs.
- Prepare on behalf of Instructor the registrations and evaluations for Live Program Clients and distributes it to HQ.
- Periodically updates Instructors on policy changes or HR notices.
- To carry out, under supervision, specific elements of the operation of the Live Programs.
- Goes to field sites and researches venues for Live Programs.
- Submits reports of evaluations and reimbursements to payroll department for action on any pay changes.
- Performs related duties as assigned by Instructors including general errands.
