Training / Coaching
Vegas Immersion is RSD’s first long-term, experiential training program that takes you by the hand and walks you through your journey to elite pickup skills, personal fulfillment, and self-mastery. You’ll be living in the biggest party city in the world, Las Vegas, with other dedicated RSD students, getting personalized coaching from an RSD Executive Instructor and his coaching staff, designed to take your game to the highest levels possible.
The RSD Executive Instructor leads a formal classroom-style training 3 days a week. During this time he will hold question-and-answer sessions, conduct infield video breakdown, lead Immersion in practice drills, discuss pickup theory, and more.
In addition, we will have improv comedy classes, toastmasters-style sessions, and sometimes specialized infield training during this time.
Training typically lasts two hours and is followed by infield training from the coaches. If you’re familiar with RSD’s YouTube videos, this could be compared to intimate free tour–style training.
Our coaching staff conducts the bulk of the infield training. There are 4 official coaching nights each week, though it is not uncommon for our staff to be in field every, or almost every, day.
For each of the 4 infield coaching nights, the coaches are available for 2 hours to do infield demonstrations, wing sets with you, give you pointers, and mentor you live. It is the responsibility of each student to be present and willing to game with the coaches infield.
After these 2 hours, the coaches are encouraged to game for themselves, game with each other, pull solo, pull with students, or continue coaching if they wish.
It is extremely common for the coaches to continue to game with students after these 2 hours, and students are always welcome to interact with coaches in field, but there is NOT an expectation that coaches must continue coaching late into the night.
Coaches are also instructed to debrief at the end of each night, which usually takes place at a local diner, to review the night with students who are interested.
There are not formalized coaching groups, and students will not be assigned to an infield coach. After much trial and error, we discovered the most effective (and satisfying) teaching method was a dynamic one that capitalizes on the social interactions between all coaches and students, instead of using regimented groups.
We do, however, keep track of students indirectly to ensure the best quality program. Our goal is to provide high-quality coaching to our students in an organic manner while still giving our staff the liberty to push their own limits.
Beyond the formal training sessions and nighttime infield coaching, we also hold a Sunday infield video breakdown, and 2 daygame sessions on Friday and Saturday.
You can also purchase infield filming for $200 during the day, and $400 at night. Another option is to purchase 1-on-1 coaching from a coach of your choice for $200.
The Sunday video breakdown is a compilation of student footage from the week, and is reviewed in a group setting by our coaches.
The Friday and Saturday daygame sessions are 3 hours long and are where we do our infield recording.
This feature of the program is available by purchase only, and the Immersion coaches will record you in field.
You can pay $200 to be recorded during the day. Our coaches will film you for 1 hour, edit your footage, analyze it with you at our Sunday session, and give it to the RSD Executive Instructor for analysis during the training week.
You can pay $400 to be recorded at night. Our coaches will film you for at least 1 hour, edit your footage, analyze it with you at our Sunday session, and give it to the RSD Executive Instructor for analysis during the training week.
This feature of the program is available by purchase only, and you can select which coach you’d like to work with.
At any time you may approach a coach and request to schedule a 4-hour 1-on-1 bootcamp-style coaching session, during the day or at night. The price/availability for this 4-hour session is variable by coach.
The best way to do this is to spend some time in Vegas getting to know the coaches, and fleshing out who you feel you resonate most with. During your session, the coach will focus exclusively on you—giving you direct personalized feedback, analyzing your game, winging sets with you, breaking through your current sticking points, and so on. This is the most effective, but not the only, method of receiving customized attention.
Sunday: You’ll have an infield video breakdown session hosted by our coaches.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: You’ll do classroom-style training with the executive RSD Instructor.
Friday, Saturday: You’ll have a 3-hour day game session. Infield recording happens here.
Monday–Thursday: You’ll be in field, gaming with our coaches for a minimum of 2 hours.
Yes. One of the unique features of Vegas Immersion is the option to purchase infield filming from our coaches. We mic you up and record you running game in field. We later edit this footage and have the coaches AND the executive RSD Instructor personally break down your game.
Additionally, you’ll get to see other students, coaches, and possibly instructor footage broken down each week during training.
Bootcamp is a 3-day event where one of our elite instructors provides in-depth analysis and infield feedback of your game to give you a highly developed snapshot of where you’re at and where you need to go.
Immersion is a 7 to 28-day event where you will go out night after night with up to 20 other highly dedicated individuals. You will receive training 6 days a week. You will spend 8 hours a week infield with our coaches and debrief each night. For 3 days each week you will have access to one of RSD’s Executive Instructors.
This program is designed to help you take your game to the next level by surrounding you with the resources and environment necessary for rapid results. You will be learning primarily through osmosis by being around the right environment, instructors, and peers 24/7. There is not as much personal attention as Bootcamp, but this is overcompensated for by the excessive abundance of tools and people to learn from.
Currently, Luke is the main instructor. In the past Julien and Max have both run Immersion for 1-month segments. In addition, Derek, Jeffy, Owen, and Madison have also made special guest appearances – and, of course, Todd started it all.
We handpick coaches out of large pool of potential applicants. After successfully completing a rigorous trial in Vegas, where we assess a candidate’s game, ability to teach, resourcefulness, and dedication to helping students grow, we invite him to join our coaching staff.
Coaches attend weekly meetings to ensure we are maximizing their (and your) potential. These individuals are some of the most dedicated we’ve met, and the impressive caliber of their results is one of the reasons we keep them here to teach.
On Thursdays we hold a non-game-related outing for Immersion students to get to know each other better, explore Vegas, or take a cool trip. We’ve been to local strip clubs, Death Valley, and Zion Canyon National Park, and held BBQ’s, gone bowling, raced Go-Karts, held poker tournaments, gone to the Grand Canyon, and more.
This program is recommended for upbeat, committed, individuals—willing to go to any length to achieve their goals in game. Any. Length. We can accommodate clients at any skill level. We’ve had virgins on program who started getting laid after working with us. On the other end of the spectrum, we’ve had multimillionaires who’ve taken their game to new dimensions.
This program is NOT RECOMMENDED for people who are: indecisive, refuse to execute, are dabblers, or are unwilling to take personal responsibility for their success.
We truly welcome enthusiastic individuals of any skill level who are dedicated, positive, and taking action toward their own goals. We love “executors.” The Vegas Immersion Program is a fantastic resource for A-Type personalities to progress faster than anywhere else in the world.
Gaming in Vegas can be an intense experience, and we are fully capable of working with anyone. However, approaching Immersion with a defeatist attitude or expecting that simply being present at Vegas Immersion will produce results, is the type of magic-pill mentality we discourage.
We understand that many of our clients have experienced negative events in their social lives and as a consequence aren’t reaching their full potential. Everybody is different, but we cannot supply the internal motivation required from each person to truly shine. If you bring that motivation, we will take you where you want to go.
After placing a $200 1-week deposit or a $500 1-month deposit, we will reach out to you to confirm your dates and assist you in booking your lodgings.
Get settled at your lodgings. We will schedule an orientation with you once you’re here to answer your questions, bring you up to speed, and integrate you into the Immersion Program as soon as possible.
We ask that you give us a minimum of one week’s notice. The more advance notice we have, the easier it is for us to work with you on securing lodgings and integrating you into the Immersion culture.
We cannot guarantee the dates you select will be available, nor can we guarantee your lodgings preference will be available. With each additional week of advance notice, our ability to smoothly handle this process skyrockets.
We cap the program at 20 students at any given time to ensure each student receives enough personal attention.
The average Immersion stay is 1–2 months. We can also accommodate stays as short as 1 week. Some members of Immersion have partied it up in Vegas for more than 6 months!
One month at Vegas Immersion is 4 weeks, or 28 days.
The minimum stay at Immersion is one week. We believe we’ll have just enough time to help improve your game and have you benefit out of the Immersion culture. We encourage our students to stay longer than a week, and the average stay is about 1–2 months.
Most of our students do not have cars during their time in Vegas. However, if bringing a car is convenient (and relatively cheap) for you, then being able to drive can be a huge plus.
The US Visa Waiver Program allows entry for 90 days for citizens of the countries listed here:
If your country is not listed above, you will need to apply for a Tourist Visa. You can learn more here:
We teach all our students how to get free access to the clubs 5 nights a week.
You can have them delivered, you can catch a ride with a student who has a car, or you may be able to go with a coach.
The total cost of training for one month is $2000. Lodgings can range anywhere from $750–$2,650+ depending on your preference. We encourage students to budget between $750–$1,500 in spending/food/transportation costs for a 1-month stay.
This means you should budget $3,000–$5,500 for a full month. This amount is flexible, and we’ve had students successfully stay for less. One way to save money is by getting a roommate.
Most of our students save up adequate financial resources before attending the program to provide for their needs. While possible, it is not recommended that you work a full-time job while attending Vegas Immersion. Several of our past students have sustained their income while working remotely with their current jobs, and some have gotten part-time jobs in Vegas.
It is cheap in comparison to most major metropolitan areas:
We do not currently offer payment plans for Vegas Immersion.
No. It is illegal.
While we appreciate the offer to work-for-training, we are adequately staffed to cover our needs, and do not accept students as employees. If you’d like to apply for a position at RSD, send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
It is important to understand that the Immersion program does not provide lodgings directly. Each student in Vegas is responsible for securing his own lodgings for the length of his stay. With that said, we do have corporate rates available at several accommodations in Las Vegas to make this process easier.
We faced numerous challenges in providing the high-quality service our customers deserve, and ultimately decided we were better at picking up women than we were at renting condos. As such, we decided to focus on our area of strength.
After some experimentation, we’ve found that as long we provide ample opportunities for you to interact with your fellow students, coaches, and the Executive RSD Instructor, where you actually live isn’t important. Our students hang out together so often anyway, you may find it a nice change of pace to have your own space for personal time.
Booking in advance will cut down on costs. Use travel websites like AirBnB or Travelocity. You’re always welcome to use RSD’s corporate rates at the hotels listed in the lodgings section.
We recommend staying as close to the Las Vegas Strip as possible.
You may ask to be included in the “roommate pool” for Vegas Immersion. This pool is available only to those who have put down deposits, to ensure that everyone is committed to coming to Vegas. By living together, you will be splitting lodgings costs, ultimately making your stay cheaper.
We won’t force anyone to live with each other, and we can’t guarantee a roommate will be available for your stay, but if you ask in advance, we will do our best to put you in contact with someone else interested in a roommate during your time at the Vegas Immersion Program.
Each RSD facility (except the Rita Suites) has a gym.
The best way to prepare is by spending some time in field in your hometown, getting used to going out frequently. Also, be sure to get plenty of rest and be ready to “go hard” once you get to Vegas. You may study any material you find relevant, and start logging field reports on RSDNation to teach yourself how to concisely “debrief” your nights out.
Most of our students are between the ages of 23 and 35. However, It isn’t uncommon for us to work with individuals in their 40s and 50s. We’ve found that some of the most dramatic changes have come from guys with more life experience.
You may push back your start date if an unexpected issue arises. Please be aware that your new start date will not be guaranteed, and is based on the availability of the program. Contact us as soon as you aware of the need to change your state date, and we will do our best to work with you. In addition, if you change your date within 30 days of your scheduled start, you will not be allowed to refund your deposit.
You can refund your deposit 30 days in advance of your start date. If you place a deposit sooner than 30 days before the dates you select, you will not be able to refund it. If you fail to show up, or request a refund sooner than 30 days before your start date, we will not be able to refund your deposit.
Anyone who has hit the Vegas scene in the summer knows it is beyond amazing. By comparison, the winters might seem relatively tame. With that being said, in the “winter” (Nov–Feb), we still go out 5 nights a week, the parties are still epic, and there are zero excuses for subpar results.
We encourage students to learn how to game sober, because using alcohol as a “personality crutch” ultimately slows down your progress. There is not a “zero-alcohol” policy. We have a strict ZERO-tolerance policy against illicit substances/drugs.
Absolutely. Your contact information will not be shared with anyone outside of Real Social Dynamics or with anyone providing a similar service, nor will you be added to other people’s mailing lists.
This is a LIVE program, and we have a limited amount of time to work with you. To maximize your learning and personalized attention within that time, we cap the program based on seasonal availability. Because of these constraints, there are 3 requirements in place, each of which must be met, for a partial or full refund to be considered. These are in place to be fair to BOTH the instructor and the client. This is also to put the “risk” squarely on our shoulders, and to give you full confidence in taking the program.
1) You must attend the entire program. In order for the instructor to give you maximum value, you must attend all the training sessions and be engaged 100% in your participation. If you skip parts of the Immersion course, walk away, leave without the instructor’s consent, or show up late to training, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
2) You must provide honest feedback to the instructor via evaluations and our e-mail concierge system promptly—if you do not do this, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
3) You must communicate to your instructor in good faith about any dissatisfaction, allowing him sufficient time to address your concerns and make any adjustments necessary to the curriculum so he can attempt to satisfy you 100%. If you request a refund after Immersion has concluded, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
If you meet the 3 requirements listed above and still are not satisfied, we can offer additional compensation in the form of a credit toward other products and courses. Our organization has strong values around continuous improvement, so we are constantly developing more potent and effective programs. We want to keep you as a customer for years to come, especially as we grow and continually offer exceptional courses we know you’ll find valuable. All 1-month Immersion alumni are eligible to attend our twice-annual World Summit events, which happen every February in Miami and every August in Las Vegas. These are 5–7-day conferences in which several hundred of our best and sharpest alumni gather with the entire RSD instructor staff for daily seminars to go out nightly in some of the best cities in the world for meeting women. Your alumni status gives you a complimentary LIFETIME pass to attend these events for free (which cost $1,000 per World Summit for non-Bootcamp alumni). Go to www.rsdworldsummit.com to learn more.
In rare cases, we may elect to give you a partial or full cash refund. If this happens, it’s a “clean break,” and you will not be permitted to attend any subsequent live programs with RSD. If you really didn’t get any value from Immersion, it’s extremely unlikely you’ll get value from our other live programs. Additionally, it wouldn’t be fair to an instructor teaching a future live program to have a client placed with him who has previously refunded another course—and thus occupy the seat of someone who would have a 99% chance of being very happy with the program. Many of our live programs sell out (particularly in the case of Bootcamps), and we often have multiple clients registered on waitlists due to additional demand. Therefore, if we decide to give you any sort of cash refund, understand that you will not be allowed on any future RSD live programs including Bootcamp, World Summit, Immersions, and Hotseat.
